Essentiale Forte N 300

Essential Forte is a medication containing essential phospholipids derived from soybeans. It is indicated for individuals aged 12 and above to alleviate symptoms like loss of appetite and pressure in the right upper abdomen, which can be caused by liver damage due to harmful substances or malnutrition (toxic-nutritional impairment of the liver) and chronic inflammation of the liver (hepatitis).

Precautions:

This medicine should not be used by individuals with peanut or soy allergy due to the presence of soybean oil.
A small amount of alcohol (ethanol), less than 100 mg per dose (6 capsules per day), and hydrogenated castor oil are present in this medicine. Hydrogenated castor oil may cause gastric discomfort and diarrhea.

Please note that the use of this medicine does not replace the need to avoid toxic factors that can harm the liver (e.g., alcohol).

In cases of chronic hepatitis (chronic inflammation of the liver), supplementation with essential phospholipids from soybeans is recommended only if an improvement in symptoms is observed during treatment.

Ingredients & Active substance:

Essential phospholipids extracted from soybean seeds, containing 76% (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline (extractant: 96% (v/v) ethanol), 300 mg.
Other components include solid fat (Witepsol W35), refined soybean oil, DL-α-tocopherol, hydrogenated castor oil, solid fat (Witepsol S55), 96% ethanol, ethylvaniline, 4-methoxyacetophenone, gelatin, purified water, titanium dioxide (E171), yellow iron oxide (E172),
black iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172), sodium lauryl sulfate.

Dosage and Administration:

If no other dosage is recommended by the doctor, the usual dose is 2 capsules three times a day or 3 capsules twice a day, taken with a small amount of liquid during meals.
