Aromadex
Detailed
Aromadex 20 mg is the newest and possibly the best aromatase inhibitor available.
According to medical studies, Aromadex 20 mg may be the only aromatase inhibitor that does not negatively affect cholesterol profile. That's a huge advantage over aromatase inhibitors like Arimidex and Femara, which are known for their devastating lipid profiles by raising bad cholesterol (LDL) while lowering good cholesterol (HDL). It is interesting to note that while Aromasin appears to be the most potent of all anti-aromatases, it is the one with the fewest, if any, side effects.
Note that anti-aromatases (Aromasin, Femara, Arimidex) are often confused with anti-estrogens (Nolvadex). Anti-aromatases work very differently than anti-estrogens. Antiestrogens are actually weak estrogens that bind to estrogen receptor sites in the body (such as the nipple and breast areas), preventing the "bad" estrogens from attaching to those sites. Anti-aromatases, on the other hand, block the formation of estrogen in the body altogether.
They do this by blocking the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen, so there is less estrogen circulating in the blood. In a way, an anti-aromatase agent like Aromadex gets to the root of the problem
